Due to hygiene considerations and the personal nature of skincare, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. As every skin type is unique, individual results may vary. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, our team is always happy to assist you.

Damaged or missing items

We take great care in preparing every order, however once a parcel leaves our hands, unexpected issues can occur in transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work with you promptly to assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo along with your order number to info@afterglowstore.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
