Apologies, we don't accept returns for change of mind, due to hygiene reasons and as everyone’s skin is different, results may vary. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchase and we would be happy to help you find the best product for skin.

Damaged or missing items

We work our hardest to ensure the best possible shipping practises, but anything can happen once it leaves our hands!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a replacement.

If your item is damaged, please take a photo and email us with your order number at info@afterglowstore.com within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.
